Join us for a free monthly Emotionally Focused Therapy consultation facilitated by Rachel Thomas, EFT Trainer, along with the Therapy With Heart Leadership Team. This is a supportive space for therapists who are learning and practicing EFT to connect, ask questions, and deepen their clinical work. Whether you are new to EFT or already integrating it into your practice, you are welcome to bring questions, discuss cases, and learn alongside other therapists in a collaborative environment.

If you are interested in receiving supervision or consultation specific to EFT or wanting to work towards EFT Certification both Rachel Thomas and Bonnie Lewis are available. EFT is a powerful and yet challenging model and we believe that it’s helpful to have a safe and skilled person to navigate this journey with you. Regardless of your level of EFT we would love to help. We can meet in person or on telehealth depending on what works best for you.
Rachel also offers EFT Supervision of Supervision both by co-facilitating Level Up groups for Supervisors and SITs (Supervisors in Training) and doing individual consultation for Supervisors and SIT’s. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Certified EFT Supervisor, Rachel brings her passion to training and supervision to these meetings and would be excited to work with you!
