At Therapy with Heart, we are aware of how challenging dating and navigating single life can be. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space, as well as necessary support and acceptance for those who may be experiencing difficulties in navigating dating and single life.

Adolescent & Family Therapy

During adolescence, teens are working on creating their identity and feeling comfortable in their world. When settings change, this causes chaos and confusion for the teen.
