Hello! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist in Phoenix, Arizona, with experience helping individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate life’s transitions and relationship challenges. I am a neurodiverse, queer affirming, attachment based, trauma informed therapist. My work is grounded in the power of attachment science, using a client-centered approach, shaped by my diverse background as a mother, partner, birth doula, yoga teacher, and Peace Corps volunteer. I strive to help clients find relief from their stuck, painful cycles slowing down into a place of clarity and security in their relationships–and within themselves.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and hold undergraduate degrees in English and Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida Atlantic University. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), blending these with trauma-informed yoga for an integrative, mind-body, somatic approach.
