About Jessica

Hello! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist in Phoenix, Arizona, with experience helping individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate life’s transitions and relationship challenges.  I am a neurodiverse, queer affirming, attachment based, trauma informed therapist. My work is grounded in the power of attachment science, using a client-centered approach, shaped by my diverse background as a mother, partner, birth doula, yoga teacher, and Peace Corps volunteer. I strive to help clients find relief from their stuck, painful cycles slowing down into a place of clarity and security in their relationships–and within themselves.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and hold undergraduate degrees in English and Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida Atlantic University. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), blending these with trauma-informed yoga for an integrative, mind-body, somatic approach.

As an Emotionally Focused Therapist, I believe emotion drives change. I create a safe space for clients to explore, share, and process their internal experiences with an open heart to foster a deeper connection with themselves and others.  My attachment-based approach validates behaviors and feelings as purposeful functions, offering self-compassion and co-regulation in a safe, non-judgmental space.

As a neurodiverse person with ADandHD and the parent of a child with Autism, I truly understand, affirm, and embrace the spectrum of neurodiverity with all of its unique needs.  My practice is sex-positive, LGBTQIA+-affirming,  inclusive of all identities, including BIPOC, disabled, and chronically ill individuals. I am passionate about helping clients achieve  self-acceptance, heal relational wounds, and build fulfilling connections. Let’s work together to create the life and relationships you deserve!
