About Sarah

Sarah Gmyrek is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern who believes we all need a place to drop our guard and simply exhale. She offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly heard as they navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and the weight of everyday stress.

Sarah is currently earning her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary. She works with individuals, couples, and families using an attachment-based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, helping clients better understand their emotional experiences, strengthen connection, and create more secure and meaningful relationships.
