Mothering Without Losing Yourself

About The Event

A Support and Process Group for Mothers of Neurodivergent Children

Mothering a neurodivergent child can be deeply meaningful and rewarding…and also exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming. You may spend so much time advocating, coordinating care, managing emotions, and responding to everyone else’s needs that there is little space left for your own.

Mothering Without Losing Yourself is a six-week, therapist-led support and process group for mothers raising neurodivergent children. It offers a safe, compassionate space to be seen, heard, and supported by other moms who understand the joys, challenges, and complexities of this experience.

You take care of everyone. This is your time.

You are not meant to do this alone. You do not have to do it all. You just have to show up.

Come as you are. You belong here.

What We’ll Explore

Together, we will:

  • Share the real, messy, and beautiful parts of motherhood
  • Talk honestly about anxiety, burnout, and the mental load
  • Explore the impact of parenting on marriage, family, and other relationships
  • Find understanding, validation, and community
  • Learn practical tools for emotional support and self-care
  • Make space for your own needs, identity, and well-being
  • Reconnect with who you are beyond everything you do for others

Who This Group Is For

This group is for mothers raising neurodivergent children, including children with ADHD, autism, and other neurological differences.

Whether your child has a formal diagnosis, is still being evaluated, or simply experiences the world differently, you are welcome here.
