Shannon Worle is currently pursuing her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with Northcentral University. Shannon’s desire is to provide a welcoming environment for couples, families, and individuals to discuss the topics and issues that prove challenging in their relationships and understanding of self. She feels that each person deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, and loved.
Through her studies in Marriage and Family Therapy, Shannon has found Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to be especially effective. Through this model, she seeks to invoke authentic conversations, understanding and communication of core emotions, and a desire to discover the root issue of problematic cycles. She hopes to help couples and families feel secure and connected with one another and to help individuals calm the internal patterns of negativity that reoccur in their personal narratives.
