A workshop designed for parents expecting or newly post partum to welcome your little one with a stronger foundation in your relationship.
This four-hour workshop is designed to support couples as they prepare for — or actively navigate — the emotional, relational, and psychological transition into parenthood. Through a combination of psychoeducation, guided discussion, and practical tools, couples will gain a deeper understanding of common perinatal mental health experiences during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including anxiety, depression, identity shifts, stress responses, and emotional overwhelm.
In addition to exploring the individual impact of this season, the workshop will focus on the relational dynamics that often emerge between partners during the transition to parenthood. Couples will learn how informed approaches to communication, attachment needs, roles, intimacy, and emotional connection can positively impact the relationship, while also gaining tangible strategies to strengthen trust, increase emotional safety, and build a more secure foundation together. Participants can expect a supportive, informative, and practical experience that helps normalize challenges while equipping couples with tools to feel more prepared to navigate this season as a team.
