About Musa

Musa Morris is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Therapy With Heart and is currently attending Fuller Theological Seminary as he works toward becoming a licensed MFT therapist. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s in Human Services Counseling: Life Coaching from Liberty University.

Through his experience as an educator and coach, Musa developed a deep passion for helping others, especially children and their families, which led him to pursue a career in therapy. He works with individuals, couples, and families from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) perspective, supporting clients in understanding their emotional experiences, strengthening connection, and navigating the challenges that arise in relationships and daily life.

Musa’s goal as a therapist is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and truly heard. He is known for his ability to listen deeply and is committed to providing a calm, grounded, and safe environment for the therapeutic process. Born in Nigeria, Musa brings a deep appreciation for culture and the role it plays in shaping individuals, relationships, and family systems. He values working with people from all walks of life and approaches each therapeutic relationship with both humility and curiosity.

Outside of the therapy room, Musa enjoys playing and coaching soccer, a sport that has supported him through both the best and most challenging seasons of his life. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new foods and music, being around animals, and spending time with his wife and family.
