About Jessica

Jessica is a Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate the vulnerable seasons of life and relationship. Her work is especially attuned to the “child-raising years” which can be beautiful, disorienting, exhausting, and deeply transformative.

As a former doula, yoga teacher, and birth educator Jessica has both witnessed and lived the intensity of early parenthood and family life. She understands the invisible load many parents carry, the strain that can grow between partners, and the anxiety that often surfaces when you are trying to hold everything together. Jessica is neurodiverse and queer affirming, attachment based, and trauma informed. As a person with ADHD and the parent of a neurodivergent child, she deeply understands and embraces the spectrum of neurodiversity and its unique strengths and challenges. Her practice is sex positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and inclusive of BIPOC, disabled, and chronically ill individuals.

Jessica helps mothers, couples, men, and teens heal painful relationship patterns, ease anxiety, and reconnect to themselves and their loved ones through the lens of Emotionally Focused Therapy. Her work centers on attachment, emotional safety, and the deeper needs that drive our reactions and relationships. Whether you are a new parent feeling overwhelmed, a couple stuck in repeating conflict, a man wanting to communicate and connect more deeply, or a teen struggling with anxiety, Jessica offers a steady and compassionate presence to help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.

Reaching out for help takes courage, especially when you are used to being the strong one. If you are ready to feel more grounded, more understood, and more connected in your life and relationships, Jessica would be honored to support you.
