Jessica is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT-10832). As a client centered therapist, Jessica deeply believes in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. She strives to align with the client, couple, or family in a way that helps them to feel truly seen and heard.
Jessica brings her life experience as a mother, wife, daughter, and world traveler. After spending two years volunteering in the Peace Corps, she began her career in perinatal care as a prenatal yoga teacher and birth/postpartum doula. Her strength as a doula and yoga teacher was in being fully present- listening deeply and without judgement to the concerns and fears of mothers and partners. After encountering many parents who were struggling with grief, loss, fertility, birth trauma, postpartum depression and in need of more help, Jessica shifted her focus to perinatal mental health care, deciding in 2019 to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 (MAS-MFT).
