About Sofia

Sofia is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who is passionate about helping families, couples, and individuals build stronger and more fulfilling relationships. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University.

She uses a systemic and strengths-based approach to therapy, which focuses on identifying and building on the unique strengths of each individual and their relationships. She is committed to helping clients build resilience and develop the skills needed to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

She is especially understanding of diversity and cultural differences within families and the work-lifestyle demands of creative professionals.
