Lucille is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC-22078). She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She has experience helping individuals manage anxiety, stress and working with clients to build a lasting self-esteem. In her work with couples, she helps to identify their negative cycles, improve communication and create a safe space for partners to have deeper, more meaningful conversations.
Lucille has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She believes that self-worth and emotional connection are essential to thrive, both as an individual and in relationships. Her approach is collaborative and comes from a place of empathy and understanding for the importance of emotional safety and reassurance. She works with clients to help navigate their emotions to ensure they feel validated and understood.
Lucille is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where everyone can feel safe to express themselves honestly. She strives to make each person feel accepted, heard, and valued as they discover their inner strengths and gain a deeper understanding of themselves for a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
