Lucille is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. She has experience helping individuals manage anxiety, stress and working with clients to build a lasting self-esteem. In her work with couples, she helps to identify their negative cycles, improve communication and create a safe space for partners to have deeper, more meaningful conversations.
Lucille believes that self-worth and emotional connection are essential to thrive, both as an individual and in relationships. Her approach is collaborative and comes from a place of empathy and understanding for the importance of emotional safety and reassurance. She works with clients to help navigate their emotions so they feel understood and validated. Lucille will be continuing her learning and training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
