Meet Jennifer Rasmussen,

Jennifer Rasmussen is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT-10592). She earned her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with an added emphasis in Medical Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. Jennifer believes that relationships are powerful. Relationship fractures can tear into the soul of a person, yet relationships also foster profound healing and empower hope-filled living. Jennifer is passionate about coming alongside men and women and helping them reclaim their true identities and the joy of living within relationships as the person they want to be.

Jennifer’s experiences include working with women and transgender men coming out of sex work in Southeast Asia and working with issues of sexual addiction and trauma at Gentle Path at The Meadows. She has worked with numerous couples navigating the difficult path of betrayal trauma, addiction and shame.

Jennifer has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy (PIT) and Inner Child and Feeling Reduction, and is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist- Candidate (CSAT-C). She is pursuing additional training as an Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) in order to more effectively help couples feel seen and safe in their relationships and show up authentically in their lives.
