Singles Workshop® for Actively Dating Singles:
Being in and out of romantic relationships, dating, and seeking a long term partner can be quite challenging. This workshop has been created to help you navigate this process:
Are you curious about what a healthy loving relationship looks like?
Have you ever wondered what your role was in a relationship that ended unexpectedly?
Do you want to learn how to have difficult conversations in relationships?
Do you want help in navigating the dating world in 2019?
Why wait until you are needing guidance while in a serious relationship to work on yourself and understand relationships?
To participate in this workshop, it will be most helpful if you are an actively dating single (going on dates, putting yourself out there) or within the first three months of a new relationship. This workshop will give you a chance to learn about yourself, about relationships in general, and about how you show up in relationships with any attachment figures (current partners, former partners, close friends, family members). The goal of this workshop is to help you gain a greater understanding of love, of your own emotions and needs, of your part in negative “dances” or patterns within attachment relationships, and of how to shape a positive loving bond with a partner.
9:00am – 5:00pm
