Rachel has always focused her work with clients on creating a safe space for clients to feel accepted and heard. With this foundation, the process can be healing and open for exploration. Rachel has advanced training as an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. EFT allows couples to explore the negative interaction cycle the couple engages in and what feelings and hurts are occurring underneath this cycle so couples can create a new, more vulnerable, connection moving forward.
“My overall goal and intention as the owner of Therapy with Heart is to create a safe space for vulnerability and healing. I am honored to walk this journey with my clients. As your individual or couples therapist, I am able to nurture your strengths and challenge areas of growth. I work with couples to heal injuries, have open and honest conversations, and ultimately to create an even closer emotional bond.” –Rachel Thomas
