“I enjoy helping people that feel stuck in unhealthy thoughts, feelings and beliefs to become unstuck and authentic. I believe that everyone has the power to heal if they have the right validation, support, and are in an emotionally safe space. I work with clients to identify, understand and change current barriers that lead to feelings of insecurity, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship problems and trauma. Through the therapeutic journey together, clients are able to discover their authentic selves and create lasting change.” –Minon Maier
